Jennifer started her Corporate Communications Executive Search career in 2006. She has also been renowned for her work in Investor Relations and Brand Marketing.

Starting from a specialism in Financial Services and Investment Markets, Jennifer now has a very extensive network within sectors such as industrial and support services, transport, oil & gas and engineering. More recently, she has completed a number of assignments in the retail, leisure and beverages sector.

With the on-going convergence of marketing and communications, Jennifer has developed significant expertise in Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Director-level assignments. 

Jennifer is a member of the IR Society UK and sits on the Education Committee, contributing to the programmes which develop the skills of Investor Relations professionals in the UK, in particular the Diploma in IR, aimed at experienced IR Officers.

Rebecca has been working as an Executive Search specialist since 2000. She enjoys working across all the Corporate Affairs disciplines and has exceptional depth in Government Affairs appointments.

During her Search career, Rebecca has worked across numerous industries, and has particular knowledge in the transport, infrastructure, public sector, technology and consumer industries. Her past assignments have included Chief Communications Officers, Directors of Employee Engagement and Heads of Public Affairs.

Rebecca has also worked with several of the world’s largest Communications Consultancies to find Partners and Managing Directors for their firms.

Rebecca has increasingly been offering mentoring and career coaching services to her blue chip clients, and offers a personalised package looking to help Directors define and enhance their executive skills in order to become future leaders.
